A small group class dedicated to deepening our capacity to be whole in the Divine.

Together we open to truth and receive the lasting joy of being our Self. This class is a field of transformation for our humanity, and where we get stuck.

Descending flows of healing Grace come to support us in revealing truth, contributing to the evolution of life, and dissolving apparent falsehood.

In this work, the nervous system learns the reliability of True nature and stabilizes in grounded Earthly presence. Somatic integration balances the mind, stabilizes the core, releases repressed emotions, and brings ease to the body.

Most of all, we discover the felt sense of unconditional love at the heart of being and can discover freedom in what we truly are.

We will Move, Sit and Sing together calling in supportive Divine flows and Gracelight.
