For over 15 years she has studied and practiced ancient spiritual traditions, somatic psychology, concious movement, holistic health, and bodywork. Chesaray works online with people from all over the world. You are encouraged to contact us and book a private session before your retreat. In addition, several openings are available the Monday and Tuesday following the May retreat for private sessions with Chesaray to integrate into daily life what the retreat experience has opened in you. Maintaining confidentiality of the things expressed at the retreat is essential to the healing strength of the retreat. No video or recording will be used without a participant's permission. This will be elaborated at the start of the retreat.
CELL PHONE USE
Most of how technology is used inhibits the mind from dropping into slow rhythms of deep healing, connection, and rest. Unless there is an emergency, please risk discovering what a digital detox might offer from Thursday evening till Sunday mid-day, in and out of our meetings. Please activate auto response, handle your business before the starting time on Thursday evening, and prioritize your inner life. Because we are adults, we trust in the maturity, inner integrity, and self-commitment to follow this possibly not so easy guideline. If you have an exception that would prevent you from attending, please contact the organizer to see if an exception can be made.
LODGING & FOOD
Palm Beach Shores is on Singer Island next to West palm beach, Florida. The retreat will take place at the beautiful oceanfront Singer Island vacation rental called Harbourside thru sivrs.com. Harbourside house will serve as our meeting space. The 6 units surrounding Harbourside are all available for reservations and private or shared accommodations are available. These units fill up so please book your accommodations as soon as possible so you can stay with us and have the convenience of being close by. As you sign up for retreat sivrs will help you with your specific lodging preferences (private or shared room with another of our group members). Lodging and food costs are separate from the retreat fee. There are grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants for your specific food needs, and an in house fridge. There is plenty of time for eating breakfast before our start at 10 a.m, a two hour lunch break, and a shorter, one hour dinner break.
The cost for the retreat is $375. This is the fee for the retreat not for food and lodging. Partial financial scholarships and work-trade opportunities are available. Please contact to request a scholarship application. Occasional exceptions are made for attendants who can only attend part of the retreat and the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
